A random fact? The kitchen is the first place I like to start when cleaning my house. Another random fact: It's also the first place I go after cleaning, because it's my favorite to make messy again. Oh, and I never leave the kitchen without taking some of the mess with me... I, inevitably, always forget to wear my apron. 

 

I'm an Angeleno at heart, but adventure's in my spirit; I'm hardly one to sit still. When I'm not on the search for a new hiking trail, I'm pedaling along on my pale yellow beach cruiser or perfecting my plie at the local barre studio. When I am taking a breather, I can usually be found at a park or in a cozy corner with my nose in a book. In reality, though, I'm off yet again in Middle Earth or traipsing about the castle at Hogwarts. 

 

Mostly, you can say, my wanderlust is fueled by food and drink. Promise me something smothered in caramel or poured into a pint glass, and I'm on my way. I'm glad to have you along for the journey, too.
